Data protection and privacy

We collect only the data we need to answer you and deliver orders: we do not sell data to anyone, we do not send unsolicited messages and we do not use the data for purposes other than the ones you gave it to us for.

• When you write to us or ask for a quote — name, email, phone and the company you represent, so we can get back to you.
• When you order — billing and delivery details, so we can issue the invoice and get the goods to you.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter — just your email address, so you receive the Promo Plus catalogue and news.

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data inside the company is limited to the people who actually work with it. Our providers (hosting, email, couriers, accounting) receive only the strictly necessary data, under contract.

The newsletter is sent only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the unsubscribe form in the site footer or by writing to [email protected] — your address is removed from the list immediately.

No online payments are made on this site, so we never ask for or store card details. If you receive a message that appears to be from Promo Plus asking for banking details, do not reply and let us know at [email protected].

The site remembers two things without asking, because otherwise it would not work: the language you are reading in, and your choice in the cookie banner. Nothing else.

If you accept in the banner, we also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, so that we know which categories and products are being looked for and how well our advertising works. If you decline, those tools write nothing to your device and the Meta script is not even downloaded. This site has no cart and takes no online payments, so no amount and no card detail is ever transmitted.

You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner, and withdrawal takes effect immediately. The full list — every cookie, how long it is kept, which companies receive the data and in which countries — is in the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
